File Specifications

1. Preparing Artwork:

Preferred file formats: For optimal print quality, we recommend providing your artwork in PDF format. This format preserves image quality and ensures accurate color reproduction.

Image Resolution: Ensure your images have a high resolution to prevent pixelation in the final product. We recommend a minimum resolution of 300 DPI for print materials.

Color Mode: Please provide your pdf in CMYK color mode for accurate color matching.

2. File Preparation Tips

Bleed and Safe Zones: If your design includes elements that extend to the edge of the page, be sure to include bleed margins. We also recommend creating a safe zone for important text or images to avoid cropping.

Font Conversion: Convert all fonts to outlines or embed them in your file to ensure consistent display across different systems.

Image Compression: Avoid heavily compressing images as this can negatively impact print quality.

3. Uploading Your Files

When ordering your item you will see a screen titled "personalize your design". Simply click on the button below the artwork labeled "PDF Proof" and upload your artwork. For multi-page products like brochures and booklets, you will be prompted to upload the artwork for each page individually.
